You will have a personal coach assigned to you where you will receive a training plan

designed specifically for you, your races and your season.  The coach creates and

uploads your workouts into your training log where they can modify it as needed

along with any e-mail/forum support that they provide. 

 

Year round coaching program

This is a year-round structured training program that will give you the personal touch

you need with the convenience of an on-line coaching service.  This training is available for sprint to ironman distance races.  Each four or six week program builds from the previous one giving you a systematic training program to help you reach your potential at any triathlon or duathlon race distance. 

 

Seasonal coaching program

This option is customized to your racing season and is a training program that will give

you the personal touch you need with the convenience of an on-line service.  This training
